Yamaha Power Tilt and Trim Assy. Fits AT LEAST all 1994-1997 C40 2 stroke yamahas. This unit fits in to the large mounting bracket at the bottom.  May fit some other 30-40-50's...but we confirmed the C40's in the years above.  Please see pictures. Please confirm fitment before purchasing.

Excellent condition. Tested under a load and fully functional.  Please note this unit has a 2 wire motor
