Sugru sticks permanently to lots of materials like glass, ceramic, wood, metal, plastics* and more. Thanks to its Advanced Silicone Technology, Sugru sets strong by turning into a durable, flexible rubber. Once set, Sugru is waterproof, heat and cold resistant, machine-washable, dishwasher-proof, shock resistant, weatherproof, electrically insulating**, and will hold up to 2kg (4.4lb) in weight.
Out of the pack, Sugru is soft and malleable, just like play-dough, so you can repair, improve and make things ordinary glues can’t touch. You have 30 minutes to fix, bond, seal, mount, modify, create, improve, upcycle, even personalise – enough time to reposition and make perfect. Simply stick it, mould it by hand, and overnight it turns into silicone rubber. Oh, and if you change your mind, you can remove Sugru from non-porous surfaces by using a knife or scalpel.
