    Shows corrosion on hardware and hardware has some scuffs, scratches and paint missing. Straps have some staining on from long term storage. Otherwise, these are new old stock. Please see all 12 Pics.
    Strap Measures 1 1/2" wide and measures approx 5 foot from each side of pad.
