The PetSafe Stubborn Dog In-ground fence system PIG00-10777 has the strongest static correction levels than any other dog fence system on the market. It is specifically designed for stubborn dogs weighing over 12 pounds and includes enough wire to cover a yard up to 1/3 acre.  There's also an additional tone-only with vibration feature on the collar that you can use for tailored training.
This system uses upgraded WiseWire. This custom grade steel core and solid copper wire is specifically designed to be buried in the ground but it also has a sunlight resistant coating for those that want to use lawn staples when installing their fencing wire.
20 Gauge Wise Wire has 5 times the breakload of standard 20 Gauge, equal in strength to standard 14 Gauge wire, 20ml HDPE. WOW.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
