Slightly used, almost like new. Tested and working. Includes charger and mounting hardware. Ideally these units need to be mounted at least 2 feet above ground for the radio frequency to cover your property adequately. The included mount enables you to mount it higher up on a vertical surface if needed. If you have a heavily sloped property that would be absolutely necessary in order to provide enough coverage. Do not place on a metal surface or near large metal objects, this severely diminishes the signal.
