Description

The former owners of this wireless fence said it was purchased, opened but did not use.
They put it back in the box and it sat in the garage.
The box got torn when they opened it and has wear.
I have wiped up the box and packing and opened and check everything to be sure it was all there.
I plugged in the base and the light came on.
Did not charge or test the collar.
I will insure the package with the  carrier when shipped.
