For pet owners who love to see their dog run around the yard happily, this PetSafe in-ground dog fence system works by sending a signal from a transmitter to the ultra-light receiver collar that your dog wears as soon as they run too close to the boundary wire.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
