The original PetSafe PIF-300 Wireless Fence System remains gold standard in wireless fence systems. Your dog will learn the new boundaries quickly and will have the freedom to roam in no time.  When turned on, the remote transmitter sends a wireless signal in the shape of a perfect circle around your yard. The area inside the circle is the "safe zone." The area outside the zone is the "forbidden zone." This circular containment area can be easily adjusted to cover an area of 30 to 180 feet in diameter (15 to 90 foot radius). The system is completely portable, covers up to 1/2 acre, requires no buried wires and sets up in 1-2 hours.
