How I examine an item:
I am not a micro-examiner and do not inspect my items through a magnifying glass. How I describe it is my personal opinion. If I have to measure an item, I do not measure down to the 1/8th, 1/16th or 1/32nd of an inch. These are approximate measurements.
I always inspect the item
again
before I ship, and if I do find a flaw in the item before I ship, I will notify the buyer and let buyer choose to either continue or cancel transaction. If buyer and I agree to cancel the transaction, I will have to open a case to get credit for the listing. So I would appreciate it if the buyer would help me out with that and click "agree" when canceling the transaction.
All my items are sold in AS-IS condition

Returns:
Returns are only accepted under very limited circumstances. If insured, original box and packing material will need to be kept per United States Postal Service policy. If buyer chooses to return item, buyer is responsible for return postage and item must be in the same condition as in listing. If item is returned damaged, scratched up and/or dirty, refund will not be issued. Buyer must comply with my return policy to receive a refund. Refund will be for item only.

I use USPS to ship all my items.
Insurance is an additional handling fee.
I ship within 5 business days after buyer pays for item. Transit time from Hawaii to the U.S. Continent averages 3-5 working days, but could take longer. Shipping charges outside of the U.S. varies and transit time takes 2 weeks or more depending on your country. Per USPS, Hawaii is in a different zone than the rest of the U.S. Continent.
