If your Lewis YardButler Hose Reel leaks inside the reel then you probably have worn orings.  They are easy and cheap to replace.
Two orings inside the reel allow you to spin the reel without leaking water.   When these seals wear out water starts leaking.
If your garden hose connections are tight and you don't have cracks from winter freeze then it's probably the o-rings.
Please note – if your S-Tube is corroded (the tube attached at the center of the wrapped hose) then it’s better to replace the whole S-Tube.
If the S-Tube is in good shape then these orings should fix your leak.
This order includes 2 full Kits  - that is 1 set to fix your reel now, and 1 set for the next time you have a leak.
All hose reel products have orings that need a generous amount of plumbers silicone grease so you will need to add your own grease during installation.
Not all orings are created equal.  Regular eBay rubber seals or hardware store orings work for awhile but have a much shorter life than the material in these OEM types eals.  These new seals are the same wear-resistant rubber and SAE sizes that came from the factory.
You will need a pair of snapring pliers and plumbers grease to install the orings.
