Ranger's artist quality Texture Paste are ideal for creating dimensional layers on most surfaces.
Use it with stencils for defined shapes or apply freely with a palette knife. Customize the paste by inking or painting over the dry paste, or by mixing in acrylic paints, or re-inkers.
