BlueFang 4 in 1 Dog Fence
High Tech Pet introduces an advanced, state of the art contain and train dog fence system that lets you train your dog from an app on your phone. The electric fence uses patented UltraWire that is 3 x stronger than 18 Gauge wire. The Pulsed Proportional Stimulus (PPS) system delivers sound and static stimuli in short, high intensity bursts that increase as your dog moves closer to the boundary wire. The waterproof transmitter can be mounted indoors or out and has wire break alarms, a power boost switch, and variable field width control. There's even an optional battery back-up available for the transmitter in case of power failure.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
